The Yellowknife Historical Society is by and for Yellowknifers, and is therefore supported by its dedicated membership of individuals and businesses in the North. Your activism through donations, sponsorship, and membership will be put towards the Yellowknife Historical Museum and other Society projects and activities as we celebrate the history of our city. We are thankful to all of those who helped make the Museum a reality by offering financial or in-kind support, and we appreciate the continued support!

- Volunteering with the Museum
There are numerous volunteer opportunities available, from working in our Gift Shop to giving tours of our exhibits for visitors. With our special Student Membership rates, you can even collect experience that counts towards graduation. Get in touch with us and see how you can help out!
- Member Networking Events
Membership will ensure your invitation to our always entertaining social events. We have semi-annual events, gatherings, and parties including the Beer Barge, our Holliday Party, and Lunch sessions with visiting and local historians.

Regular Membership: $20 per year
Senior and Student Membership: $10 per year
